Equipment Description
Roller Screening Machine, also known as roller sieve or roller
grizzly, is a type of screening equipment commonly used in mineral
processing, coal preparation, and other industries. It consists of
multiple parallel rollers with adjustable spacing, which rotate at
a constant speed and transport the material over the screen
surface. The larger particles are separated and directed to the
discharge end while the smaller particles pass through the gaps
between the rollers. Roller Screening Machins are known for their
high capacity and efficiency, as well as their low maintenance and
power consumption. They are often used in combination with
crushers, belts, and other equipment to form a complete screening
and crushing system.

Equipment Features
1. The plum blossom shaped teeth on each roller shaft are in 360
°contact with the feeding material, subjected to multiple forces,
and the mud scraping effect is significant. Combining the drop
between the roller shafts to further promote the separation of mud
and stone.
2. Each toothed roller is equipped with an independent reducer and
motor. The overall operation of the equipment is reasonable and
stable, and it is not easy to get stuck.
3. Install a mud scraper between the roller shaft and the toothed
roller sleeve, which plays a self-cleaning role in the equipment,
saves manpower and time for cleaning the equipment, and ensures mud
scraping efficiency.
