Equipment Description
Spiral sand washer is a common Sand Washing Machine, which is
mainly used for desilting, dewatering and grading in sand washing
operations such as sand and gravel plants, glass plants, quartz
sand, machine-made sand concrete dam sites. This Sand Washing
Machine has simple structure, convenient operation and flexible
installation. There are single screw and double screw for customers
to choose.
The installation method of this Sand Washing Machine is inclined
installation at an angle of 15 °. The lower part of the water tank
is surrounded by a three-sided weir plate. Its novel sealing design
allows the screw head to directly enter the sedimentation tank. The
main screw is driven by a motor and continuously rotated by a
reducer to clear the soil and impurities in the sand.

3. Working principle
By using the buoyancy of water to separate dust and impurities from

structure rotor and spiral blades are installed on the central
shaft and connected to a reducer for operation. The main principle
is based on the different specific gravity of solid particles and
the different sedimentation rates in the liquid, and then
classified and processed.
